Meet Dr. Adam Jencks
"Hello, I am an audiologist and someone who personally experiences tinnitus. I founded Evergreen Tinnitus Relief to help people like you find calm and manage the ringing in their ears through online treatment sessions. I've had the privilege of working with the VA, helping countless veterans manage tinnitus through structured counseling programs, which gave me hands-on experience addressing a wide range of tinnitus challenges. Tinnitus can be influenced by hearing changes, noise exposure, untreated medical conditions, and even stress or anxiety. While I'm not a mental health therapist, I provide practical strategies to help you understand and manage how your overall well-being can affect tinnitus, along with personalized sound therapy guidance and coping techniques. My goal is to provide a supportive, professional, and empathetic environment where you can take actionable steps toward relief — all from the comfort of your home."

Philosophy
Effective tinnitus care is personalized and ongoing. Services are guided by a simple three-step approach-evaluate, educate and evolve- designed to build understanding, address individual needs, and support lasting relief over time.

Evaluate
A comprehensive evaluation is conducted to assess tinnitus characteristics, hearing health, lifestyle factors, and stress levels. This process identifies the underlying contributors to symptoms, allowing for individualized and targeted care.

Educate
Personalized education is provided to explain the mechanisms of tinnitus, contributing factors, and evidence-based strategies shown to reduce its impact. This clarity supports informed decision-making and helps alleviate fear and uncertainty.

Evolve
Evidence-based interventions—including sound therapy, stress management, and mental health–informed strategies—are implemented and refined over time. Ongoing adjustments ensure the approach remains responsive and supportive of long-term relief and resilience.
